Our lump charcoal mix is a proprietary blend of hickory, pecan, and oak that burns hotter than ordinary charcoal products. We finally found a mix that has big chunks from top to bottom that adds a classic BBQ flavor to cooked meats, seafood, vegetables and other vegetarian foods.
