  • 1 large jar medium or hot salsa
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can white hominy, drained
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon iProBBQ Cayenne Craze
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and marinate together in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Serve with corn chips.
