  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cups Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat, cooked, drained
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon iProBBQ Cayenne Craze
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Place mixture in an 8" x10" inch baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
  • Garnish with parmesan, parsley and serve with sliced baguette, pita chips, or crackers.
