Prep Time: 20 mins. Serves 6
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 cups Artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 pound crab meat, cooked, drained
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon iProBBQ Cayenne Craze
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Place mixture in an 8" x10" inch baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
Garnish with parmesan, parsley and serve with sliced baguette, pita chips, or crackers.
