Food has a tendency of lingering in the fridge in my house until we're forced to throw it out. Not so with the use of the rubs, be it the Chipolte Chocolate on a beef roast or the Sweet Cider rub on asparagus and pork chops. Nothing was left over at all and the kids were disappointed that we ran out of asparagus.
